Mark and his team did an Excellent job with our garage. Mark made the process very easy and explained all the different options for our storing solutions. The customer service was outstanding…since my husband was out of town during the installation, Mark and his team helped me store all the boxes onto our overhead storage and arranged items onto the Monkey Bar System for me. I’d give 6 stars if I could. The company owner, Mark, and his crew did everything he promised. Besides a fair price, Mark came to my home, measured, and then provided all essential information so I could make an informed decision before accepting his proposal. On the appointed day Mark and his crew arrived and got immediately to work. After getting them well started, he left the job in the hands of his crew, who worked quickly and carefully to complete the work in a professional manner. In two days they completed beautiful epoxy floors for our front entry way, garage, and rear patio. Optimal’s customer service is, how shall I describe it, “Optimal”.
